Validated Parking
Self-parking is free for all guests. Upon arrival, please bring your parking ticket inside to be validated. Do not leave the ticket in your car.
Valet parking
Valet parking is located at the main entrance of the hospital off Medical District Dr.
Valet hours:
Monday – Friday: 5:30 am – 11 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8 am – 8 pm
Valet pricing:
Full rate: $10
Reduced family rate: $7
Self-parking
Self-parking is located across from the hospital's main entrance in the parking lot formerly known as Green Park. Free EV charging stations for electric vehicles are available on Level 1 in the southeast corner of the garage. Both Tesla and universal charging options are available.
Complimentary valet parking for disabled visitors
We offer complimentary valet to disabled visitors that are not able to find parking in our handicap parking areas. Please inform the valet attendant when you arrive that you were not able to park in a handicap spot.
Emergency Room (ER) parking
The ER at Children's Medical Center Dallas is located on Southwestern Medical Ave, near Medical District Dr. The ER entrance includes a circle drive for convenient drop-off and complimentary valet parking for ER patient families. Self-parking is directly across the street in the Emergency and Bright Building Parking Garage.

Campus and Facilities
Inpatient
Licensed for 490 beds, the inpatient portion of our hospital provides patients and families with comfort and conveniences during their stay. All rooms include a place for a family member to spend the night with a child.
Critical Care Units
The hospital has specialized critical care units, including
47-bed Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
State-of-the-art Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) designed with a focus on healing and family-centered care
Dedicated Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), staffed by specially trained providers to care for critically ill heart patients
Trauma Center
The main campus also is home to the only pediatric Level I Trauma Center in North Texas
Programs
Full-service laboratory, pharmacy, therapy, respiratory care and imaging services
Extensive Social Work, Child Life and Pet Therapy programs
